DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ON-CALL TECHNOLOGIES STRATEGIC PARTNERS NO. 201520483 ADDENDUM NO. 1 All changes and revisions in this Addendum Number One supersede and/or supplement all portions of the RFP Documents with which it conflicts. CORRECTIONS/REVISIONS: I. This addendum removes the required DSBO (Division of Small Business Opportunity) goal of 10% throughout the RFP document which includes but is not limited to the items listed below. The Denver International Airport still strongly encourages proposers to partner with and or use MWBE s in their response to this RFP. The Proposal Form Attachment 2, Part 4 Diversity and Inclusiveness in City Solicitations is still required to be submitted in response to this RFP. II. Proposers are not required to submit an LOI (Letter of Intent) in their response to this RFP. III. Please reference the below areas within the RFP document that will be omitted from your proposal response. Specific addendum item examples include but are not limited to: 1. RFP Letter, Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise Participation, Page 2: From: Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise Participation Professional design and construction services contracts made and entered into by the City and County of Denver are subject to Article III, Divisions 1 and 3 of Chapter 28 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code, (D.R.M.C.) and all Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise Utilization and Equal Employment Opportunity Rules and Regulations adopted by the Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO). Article III, Divisions 1 and 3 of Chapter 28 of the D.R.M.C. directs the Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity to establish a project goal for expenditures on professional design and construction services work contracted by the City and County of Denver. The specific goal for this Request for Proposal is 10% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE). Project goals must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-67, D.R.M.C. For compliance with good faith effort requirements under Section 28-67 (b) (2) a. the proposer must solicit the interest of 100% of the firms certified as MBEs and WBEs in the scopes of work of the contract. 3

The Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity urges all participants in City professional design and construction services projects to assist in achieving these goals. TO: Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise Participation The City and County of Denver encourages, but does not require, participation of independent partnerships with SBEs, MBEs, WBEs, and other business enterprises in supply chain activities, prime/subcontractor partnerships, and joint ventures for all contracts and purchase orders. Failure to participate or disclose this information will not impact the award of the contract or purchase order. Voluntary disclosure of such independent partnerships to the City, if any, will be forwarded the DSBO for recording purposes only. The Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity urges all participants in City professional design and construction services projects to assist in achieving these goals. 2.
