E:\rehab student info.pdf Description of the Service we provide and Client groups who may access it: The Rehabilitation unit provides a service to clients to enable them to reach their potential using realistic goal setting strategies. This enables individuals to regain as much independence as possible for them. The Unit has 26 beds. Referrals come from Consultants, Ward Teams, Physiotherapists and every referral is directed to the Intermediate Care team who establish the individuals care needs and most appropriate placement for that client. There is no age range for accessing Rehabilitation services.
