Clinical Content Decision Groups About CCDs Trinity Health is designing and building a single, unified electronic health record (EHR) and revenue cycle platform on Epic. To build our integrated platform, our Ministry is seeking representatives of diverse clinical backgrounds to participate in Clinical Content Decision (CCD) Groups. CCDs are collaborative groups of clinicians CCDs will work closely with Clinical Excellence Councils and Clinical Leadership Groups (s and CLGs) to make recommendations on Epic-related decisions that affect patient care and experience. CCDs: Make decisions for the Epic foundation content including: o Note templates and tools o Letters and letter templates o Nurse documentation and reports o Flowsheets o Patient instructions and education o Ordering tools (including order sets) Include leaders and front-line users Adhere to our Epic Foundation System, guiding principles, making timely decisions, and documenting business requirements for successful operationalization Time Commitment Virtual meetings Up to six meetings monthly Meeting schedule will be set once group is formed Some work assigned between meetings Content Decision Group Allergy/Immunology Description of roles needed for this CCD group at least Estimated "Homework" Time Estimated Meeting Time Total Workload /CLG 2 5 7 MGPS LG
