OPTI Vacuum & Stuffing Pumping Systems Operations & Maintenance Training 2019 Course Outline
OPTI Series Training Fundamentals Course Overview Marlen International s SupportPro team offers equipment training courses at our Headquarters, centrally located in Riverside, Missouri, USA. Through a combination of classroom training and hands-on experience, machine operators, maintenance technicians, supervisors and other key personnel will receive four full days of in-depth training on the fundamentals of Marlen s OPTI series vacuum pumps. Our Fundamentals course is offered Tuesday thru Friday during the first full week of every month (barring holidays). Cost is $1,200 USD per student, not including transportation or accommodations. Customers receive two Fundamentals Course training credits (valued at $2,400 USD) with each new pump purchase. Breakfast (doughnuts and beverages) and lunch are provided daily at no additional cost. Course begins at 8:00am CT Tuesday and adjourns at 11:30am CT Friday. Lunch is not included the last day. Standard clothing is required. Pants (no shorts allowed), t-shirts and/or polo shirts are acceptable. If you have steel toed shoes, we encourage you to bring them as a portion of the course is held on our production floor. A minimum of four students must be enrolled for the class to be confirmed. A two-week cancellation notice is required, or a cancellation fee of $600.00 USD will be assessed. If for any reason, our SupportPro team must cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible. Students already enrolled will be confirmed for the next available class. Meet the Course Instructor Our pump applications and technical specialist, Brad Willsey, is committed to OPTI Series pump training which extends far beyond initial installation. From preventive maintenance and regularly monitoring the performance of the equipment to system updates and refresher training, Brad shares his vast knowledge and experience to ensure operations and maintenance staff is well-trained to avoid costly downtime and maximize ROI. In this course, we ll cover key OPTI pump features, sequence of operations, troubleshooting techniques, and problem solving.
