Please fill out the form denoting the events you want to attend no more than two people total per registration form. Send the form along with your check for the total amount to the address list at the bottom of the registration form. The registration fee is used to offset our expenses for this mail-out and other administrative cost of the All Seabee Reunion. All tickets will be issued at registration. Please check the box under the email input line on the Registration Form if you want us to just email you the form vice regular mail. Onsite registration fee will be $25 per form. Refunds after our registration deadline will be on a case by case basis. We have commitments to vendors that we cannot get refunds for. NO SCOOTER S are allowed on the tours/trips only folding wheel chairs can be taken. Transportation is provided for all tours/trips. The BBQ and Banquet are limited the first 250 people signed up will get tickets. Showing up on the evening of the events is not a good idea. Seabee Base Tour Navy Buses will pick you up at the Best Western Seaway Inn. An active duty Seabee will be your tour guide, as they escort you around the base. See all the changes and experience some of the innovative training of today s Seabees and other points of interest. The tour will also make a stop at the Seabee Heritage Center and the Seabee Museum Store. Enjoy a special lunch at Colmer Dining Facility and shopping at the Navy Exchange. Note: Base Security. The Base Tour will be aboard a Navy bus with a list of all riders provided earlier. If you wish to make the tour, please sign up in advance. Due to current security restrictions, only DOD ID card holders (active/retired military) are allowed on base individually. Lazy Magnolia Brewery A bus will take you to Mississippi s oldest packaging brewery, and the first one since prohibition was enacted in 1907. You will tour the brewery operations and the packaging process and see why Lazy Magnolia is dedicated to providing the best possible products through our tireless efforts, superior motivation, and our Southern heritage. After the tour, enjoy the taste of refreshing beverages with four free 8oz beers, made in true Southern Style and tastes. Food is available for purchase. All those attending will receive their choice of 2 Lazy Magnolia pint glasses or a Lazy Magnolia beer growler. Armed Forces Retirement Home A bus will take you to the Armed Forces Retirement Home located on the scenic Gulf Coast. Take a tour of the beautiful facilities and grounds and see where many great-retired veterans now call home. Included you will be able to enjoy a fabulous breakfast in the cafeteria. ENJOY ON YOUR OWN The National WWII Museum located in New Orleans. The museum tells the story of the American experience in the war that changed the world - why it was fought, how it was won, and what it means today so that all generations will understand the price of freedom and be inspired by what they learn. Mississippi Armed Forces Museum located at Camp Shelby. The Mississippi Armed Forces Museum (MAFM) began in 1984 when two retired military veterans, Donald Evans and Doug White, decided to display their personal collections of war artifacts. Two new galleries were also added honoring the state s 28 Medal of Honor recipients as well as other distinguished veterans from Mississippi. Betsy Ann Paddle Boat located in Biloxi. If you re looking for the perfect way to spend a day out on the water, you can hop aboard one of America s last remaining true sternwheel paddleboats and enjoy a sightseeing excursion along the Gulf Coast. Navy Seabee Veterans of America WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT 1. In consideration for participating in the ALL Seabee Reunion and other valuable consideration, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE NSVA Island X-1, NSVA National, their officers, servants, agents, and employees (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted or in transportation to and from said premises. 2. To the best of my knowledge, I can fully participate in this activity. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the activity, including but not limited to the risks as noted herein, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of my participation in the reunion activities, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise. 3. I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney s fees, that may incur due to my participation in said activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise. 4. It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse (if any), if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am not alive, shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi. 5. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE NSVA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEDICAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH AN INJURY I MAY SUSTAIN. 6. I also understand that I should and am urged by to obtain adequate health and accident insurance to cover any personal injury to myself which may be sustained during the activity or the transportation to and from said activity. 7. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE I CAUSE TO THE FACILITIES. This Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement is effective upon my registration and payment for my participation. I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
