Various pieces of evidence are examined and they may ask individual mentors questions and ask to see their mentor evidence and triennial review documentation. They will examine the database to ensure all students are allocated to active mentors; and that placement audits are up to date. They may ask to speak with students and staff on duty 8. How often are Practice Placement Audits carried out with your link lecturer? 18-24 months. All mentors are invited to complete Mentor Evaluations and the student evaluations are collated and presented to the clinical area. 3
