Huskies Transfer Club -Absent III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES No Minutes Presented for Approval IV. OFFICER REPORTS (3 Minutes Per Speaker) A. Vice President: Brian Sierra Thanked all delegates who had attended every ICC meeting for the Spring 2014 semester. Warned delegates that just because there is no more ICC meetings, and a lot of clubs were not in attendance today, that it does not mean it will not be taken into consideration when the new incoming Executive V.P will and ASU board takes office. All records of attendance and club standing will be given to the next board. Sierra also announced that Maria Pachecho has stepped down as the Chief Delegate and Flor Martinez stepped in to finish out the remainder of the semester. B. Chief Delegate: Flor Martinez announced that she will be the Chief Delegate for the remainder of the semester, and if anyone has any questions or needs anything to contact her. V. PUBLIC FORUM No announcements made. VI. PRESENTATIONS (20 minutes) A. V.P sierra announced the winners of the ASU 2014/15 school year. Encouraged some of the club delegates to get involved with ASU. Sierra also introduced Romel Lopez, who will be the next Executive Vice President.
B. Sierra informed the club delegates that the ASU is no longer accepting budget proposals as ASU has exhausted its budget for the year. However, he did encourage club members to get budget proposals in as early as possible next fall to ensure that they will receive funds. C. The presidents Networking event was announced, and Sierra encouraged all club delegates to get as many club members to attend for a chance to meet President Martinez and enjoy a free lunch provided by the A.S.U. VII. DISCUSSION ITEMS A. E.V.P Sierra announced that tomorrow is the deadline for the ASU scholarship, encouraged everyone to submit. B. Husky Bowl winners announced; 1 st pace Vision club, 2 nd place E.S.L club, 3 rd place Association of Future Firefighters. Opened up the Husky Bowl for discussion, Martinez and Sierra welcomed feedback from delegates and asked what they liked and didn t like and what they would like to see next year. C. Fundraising in summer will be allowed only for clubs that attendance ICC meetings and are not in bad standing. Although the ASU exhausted its budget, the Student Activities will still continue to provide available supplies for chartered clubs to fundraise. D. New posting boards are now available on campus, and the Fall 2014 semester will see over half a dozen more ASU boards for clubs to post on. VIII. ACTION ITEMS (5 Minutes per Speaker) No Items IX.
