(SWGCC) Retail Theft Date: Jan 22, 2015-Thursday at 16:32 Incident ID: 15-01-22-001441 15-00018 BCLA Bookstore (Room 1116) Officers responded to the Barnes & Noble Bookstore, Liberal Arts Complex, Room 1116, in reference to a Retail Theft. Officers determined a male subject departed the Barnes & Noble Bookstore with merchandise at approximately 1627 hours, 1/22/15. Officers later located the suspect and escorted him to the Public Safety Office. Officers took possession of the merchandise and determined Barnes & Noble staff did not want to press charges. Subject was advised if he wanted to obtain the merchandise, he would have to show proof of purchase. Subject departed the Public Safety Office without further incident.
