Accurate and timely recording of medical notes/consultations: o Ensure accurate and legible notes of all consultations and treatments are recorded in the clients notes o Reporting of serious clinical findings appropriately and in a timely manner to clients GP o Ensure the clinical computer system is kept up to date with accurate details recorded. o Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation associated with client health care The post will also include administrative duties: o Ordering/Restocking/maintenance of equipment, and stock rotation and reporting about them regularly to the Project coordinator. o Ensure clinical waste collection runs smoothly, reporting any problems to the Project coordinator. o Participate in the administrative and professional responsibilities of the project team. o Ensure appropriate items of service claims are made accurately, reporting any problems to the Project Coordinator. o Assisting with the collection and collation of data on needs related to health and well-being. Attend and participate in project meetings as required Ordering and display of Health Promotion materials in conjunction with client participation group. To participate in any training programme implemented by the project as part of this employment, such training to include: o Participation in an annual individual performance review, including taking responsibility for maintaining a record of own personal and/or professional development o Taking responsibility for own development, learning and performance and demonstrating skills and activities to others who are undertaking similar work.
