Subject:- Allotment of residential accommodation ( Government Quarters) at Srinagar in favour of Senior /Gazetted Officer for summer Session Government Order NO:..@1--Est of 2014 D ate d :- ). ~ *** Sanction is hereby accorded to the allotment of residential accommodation (Government Quarters) at Srinagar in favour of Senlor/Gazetted Officers as shown in Annexure to this order (page 01 to 05 ) upto ending October, 2014 on payment of rent under rules. The allottees shall take over the possession of the allotted accommodation from Deputy Director Estates, Srinagar within 15 days of the opening of offices at Srlnagar. Such of the allottees who fail to take over the possession within prescribed period, their allotment shall be treated as cancelled after expiry of the said period. The allotment of such of the officers who may not move to Srinagar due to their transfer to non-move offices or superannuation shall also be deemed to have been cancelled. The allotted accommodation will be available fo~ occupancy from 3 rd of May, By order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
