Additionally, thedefinitions listed below areapplicable to operations conducted in accordance with these operations specifications. Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement (BASAl Certificate Holder An executive agreement concluded betweenthe United Statesanda foreign country forthe purpose of promoting aviation safety; also known as an Agreement for the Promotion of Aviation Safely. In these operations specifications thetenn "certificate holder" shall mean the holder of the repair station certificate described in these operations specifications in PartA paragraph AOO1 and anyof its officers, employees, or agents used in the conduct of operations under thiscertificate.
