Refill the USACE Contract Toolbox with new M2S2 capable MATOCs Monitor implementation of the DoD Advanced Classification Accreditation Program Advanced Geophysical Classification requirements are being added to Performance Work Statements in advance of the accreditation process. 51% FAR rule - The prime contractor must perform 51% of the labor on every task order. This rule was previously applied to the basic contract level but is now measured on a task order level in all new contracts. This rule is also applicable to set asides. 14
