The whole point to discussions is to allow you to change your offers. Take the hints! If we re pointing out something is wrong, change it, explain it or just pay attention to it We avoid directly saying your price is too high, so we hint. 39

40 Discussions - continued Often tend to be in writing, but don t have to be Must be with everyone in the competitive range But content and number of rounds doesn t need to be the same Trend lately is to send out ENs through Assist A few times we ve supplemented written discussions with oral If we discuss, must discuss deficiencies and significant weaknesses that may keep your proposal from being selected But not all weaknesses and not lack of strengths Don t expect Government to improve your proposal 40
