The applications received by the MOAwill be screened candidates who passed the MOAC's screening will be endorsed to the Min stry of Education together with their application documents. These candidates are to be conside d in the final list of nominees the Ministry of Education will approve for endorsement to SEARC. The nominees siii all be interl, iewed by SEARCA sometime between November 2015 and Marc 2016, at a venue to be specified by the Ministry of Education. Applicants fcir both MS and PhD scholarships must not be older than 35 years old at the time of a plication.applicants who do not satisfy the age requirement will be considered only for e tremely m6ritorious reasons and we would require a supporting statemen endorsing such n minees. Further, the applicants' thesis topics must be aligned with SEARCA s thrusts focused o 11 Inclusive and Sustainable Agricultural and Rural Development. P ease note that applications with incomplete documents will not be evaluated. Furthermore, bmission of complete application documents does not automatically entitle the nominee to a s holarship a rd. The number of awardees per country depends on the qulifications of the a plicants, th admission results from the preferred university, and the total a ailable.
