2 News Dear All, Departments The Team would like to thank the medical fraternity for the overwhelming response provided to the hospital. The hospital is now functioning in full swing. Since the day we began, it has been non-stop dedication. A time of joy, hope, hard work and sincere 24x7 commitment to see a smile on the patient's face. The entire team at -medical, para-medical and administrative- has been working tirelessly and sincerely to serve the patients. And it has been worth every minute of it. With a motivating response from patients and our professional colleagues, is inspired to do better and better, each day. On September 10, 2010, Auditorium opened its doors with an Academic Program by Dr. Ashit Jain, USA. Dr. Ashit Jain held a successful Endovascular Workshop on the same day. This is the first in a series of workshops to be regularly held at in its various departments. We also plan to arrange Public Lectures on Preventive Health Measures on a regular basis at ; the schedule will be announced later. We hope this newsletter will serve as a dialogue between us. 4 News Endovascular Workshop on September 10, 2010 Dr. Ashit Jain, (Interventional Cardiologist, USA) was at and performed stenting on 6 patients with blocks in the brain, leg and carotid artery who benefitted from this workshop. 5 News First Overseas patient at Iman, a little 5 year old girl from Iraq had congenital heart disease (Tetralogy of Fallot). She was quite sick, unable to play or even walk as she had severe breathlessness.
