1 RESEARCH INTRODUCTION Central Research and Training Institute (CRTI) established in 2009 under the umbrella of CIST Pvt. Ltd. with the aim of increasing health status of the people by supporting in health research and training. The major objective of CRTI is to be recognized as a centre of excellence and become a pioneering organization in promoting health science research and training in the country. 1
