For each document, the following information is included: the revision date (version), the person who is authorized to review the document, the date the document was reviewed, the person who is authorized to approve the document, and the date the document was approved. All ( Program ) controlled documents are distributed electronically through the Division of Food and Lead Risk Assessments ( Division ) SharePoint site to all Program personnel. These controlled documents can only be modified by the MFRPS Coordinator. Documents must be downloaded prior to every use. This ensures that the version utilized is current and fit-for-use. When there is not a specific person responsible for signing the document to indicate review or approval, the Authorized Personnel field is NA and a review or approval date is not available.
