For each document, the following information is included: the revision date (version), the person who is authorized to review the document, the date the document was reviewed, the person who is authorized to approve the document, and the date the document was approved. All ( Program ) controlled documents are distributed electronically through the Division of Food and Lead Risk Assessments ( Division ) SharePoint site to all Program personnel. These controlled documents can only be modified by the MFRPS Coordinator. Documents must be downloaded prior to every use. This ensures that the version utilized is current and fit-for-use. Acronyms: DHEC: Department of Health and Environmental Control; SCDA: South Carolina Department of Agriculture; FML: Laboratory; ARESD: Analytical Radiological and Environmental Services Division Authorized personnel: MFRPS Contract Coordinator is the Program personnel responsible for coordination of the MFRPS inspection and sampling contract with the FDA; MFRPS Team Leader is the Team Leader of the ; Food Safety Program Manager is the Manager of the Dairy, Manufactured, and Retail Foods Safety Program; is the Supervisor of the FML, the laboratory responsible for analyzing frozen dessert samples; and ARESD Director is the Director of the ARESD, the laboratory responsible for analyzing bottled water samples.
