Ian has experience of working across the public, private and voluntary sector and has been working in the health and social care field for the last 15 years. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and also has qualifications in teaching, quality assurance and project management (Prince 2 Certified Practitioner). Ian has considerable experience of providing training and consultancy services to paying customers. Ian s role is to lead on health and safety.

ANDREA DAWSON Regional Manager West Midlands Joined Heritage Care as Regional Manager for Staffordshire in May Currently manages supported living and older people s services. Previously Care Manager/Social Worker for City of Stoke on Trent Learning Disabilities Team. Over 30 years experience of working in the LD Sector, including health services, social services and the third sector and held various senior management roles within the NHS. Registered Nurse Mental Health and Diploma in Management. Open University P654 Working with Older People. ENB 936 Developments in Mental Health Nursing Award, EDY Behavioural Techniques (Hester Adrian Research Centre), NVQ D32/D33 Assessors Award and ENB 997/998 Teaching and Assessing in Clinical Practice. JOHN FARMER Project/Management Accountant Appointed as Management Accountant in May 2000 and promoted to Project/Management Accountant in Previously worked as Financial Controller and Management Accountant in a number of private companies, gaining experience at all levels. Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Treasurer for a charity in Leyton.

Over 30 years experience in the industry. Previously managed registered and supported living services for Heritage Care in Lincolnshire. Managed Learning Disability services in Lincolnshire in the NHS. Qualified nurse in Learning Disabilities with a post-graduate diploma in Management Studies and an MA in Applied Health Studies (research). STEPHANIE GUESS MARK HOOPER Head of Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire Services Joined Heritage Care in July Registered Nurse with over 25 years experience which includes ITU, District Nursing, Community Matron, Community Discharge Team and Diagnostic Imaging. CHC/ FNC assessor. Assistant Director for Safeguarding Adults at risk for 8 years within the NHS with experience of complex investigations. Experienced in developing, managing and monitoring Clinical Governance systems within the NHS, care home sector and international private sector organisations. Experienced in the development, monitoring and review of quality assurance systems including audit to ISO 9001 standards across a range of both small and large care home provider groups. 15 years experience in the care home sector, with knowledge and experience across both provider and commissioner organisations. Regional Manager London & South East Appointed as Regional Manager for London in February Over 33 years experience in health and social care sectors, with over 25 years in senior management positions. Previously worked as Regional Operations Manager for a private sector care provider for people with Learning Disabilities. Diploma in Strategic Business Management. Worked with the Department of Health on two projects - Ageing for People with Learning Disabilities and Outcomes Based Services.

Many years experience in financial roles in other industries. Served as Treasurer for a charity in Brighton for 3 years. Fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. NATHAN PATHMANATHAN Deputy Operations Manager Community Options Joined Heritage Care Group in Started with Community Options in Over 30 years experience working in mental health in both statutory and voluntary sectors. Extensive skills in people management. Registered Mental Nurse, Certificate in Management and trained Moving and Handling Instructor. BOB PRITCHARD Regional Manager East Anglia Joined Heritage Care in 2010 as Regional Manager in East Anglia. 17 years experience at a senior level developing and operating community based services. Previously worked for voluntary and private organisations in a variety of different roles providing services for people with a learning disability, including secondment to a Primary Care Trust. Qualifications include Diploma in Management and Prince2 Practitioner.

Took on the full-time position as Head of Marketing Communications for the Heritage Care Group in April A Marketing & Communications professional with a broad range of industry experience. Worked in the Corporate sector for British Airways, worked in development for a UK based charity, been a Project Manager for the NHS and more recently a Client Service Director in an integrated full-service Marketing Agency. JOANNE TURBERVILLE ROBERT WELLS Deputy Operations Manager Community Options Joined Community Options Operations Management Team in 2015 as Deputy Operations Manager. Currently part time combining her role with her Practice Teacher role training Newly Qualified Social Workers as part of the Assisted and Supported Year in Practice Programme. Qualified Social Worker with over 15 years experience working in the voluntary sector both in senior management and, previously, as a social work practitioner. Qualifications include: BSc Philosophy and Sociology, Diploma in Social Work and a Post Graduate Certificate in Practice Education.
