In 2011 MGA became the preferred provider of training services to the FoodWorks group nationally The RTO target market is independent supermarkets that operate in every state and territory in Australia, predominately regionally and remotely located. AUDIT OUTCOME Audit status as at 15 June 2012 The organisation has not demonstrated compliance with all compliance requirements reviewed for the audit. The level of non-compliance is considered to be minor when considering the potential for adverse impact on the quality of training and assessment outcomes for students. The audit report describes evidence of non-compliance identified. Each issue referenced must be rectified by the organisation with evidence provided to ASQA within 20 working days of the date of the letter accompanying this audit report to demonstrate corrective actions implemented. Following course commencement, the NVR registered training organisation may require payment of additional fees in advance from the student but only such that at any given time, the total amount required to be paid which is attributable to tuition or other services yet to be delivered to the student does not exceed $1,500 (d) (Option 4) the NVR registered training organisation holds an unconditional financial guarantee from a bank operating in Australia for no less than the full amount of funds held by the NVR registered training organisation which are prepayments from students (or future students) for tuition to be provided by the NVR registered training organisation to those students (e) (Option 5) the NVR registered training organisation has alternative fee protection measures of equal rigour approved by the National VET Regulator. The RTO does not have policies or procedures for the collection of student fees in advance to ensure it complies with one of the acceptable options. Uncontrolled when printed 4

Rectification Material Provided 7/9/12 Master Grocers provided a new policy / procedure describing how they will only collect up to $1,000 per individual prior to the commencement of a course and any additional fees collected post commencement, that at any given time, the total amount required to be paid which is attributable to tuition or other services yet to be delivered to the student does not exceed $1,500.
