The facilit director has been informed that the driver must have documentation of current pediatric CPR/First Aid and current driver physical on file. All documents/devices listed above must be reviewed and approved by the monito before the facility can begin transporting children. An application indicating that transportation is being added and the change of license fee for $63.96 must be submitted to Child Care Licensing and Enforcement, 2995 N. Dixie Highway, Ft. The facility will be using what is currently the 2-year-old classroom to also accommodate 1-year-olds. Books, manipulatives, blocks, and other materials that are age-appropriate for 1-year-olds have been added to the classroom. The director has been informed that one of the tables in the classroom need to be lowered to better suit the height of the younger children that will be using the area. The classroom is already equipped with a diaper changing table. All other requirements have been met and the faciilty is being approved to provide care for 1-year-old children. An application indicating that 1-year-olds is being added and the change of license fee for $63.96 must be submitted to Child Care Licensing and Enforcement, 2995 N. Dixie Highway, Ft.
