They re given all the tools they need from cognitive behavioral treatment and oneon-one counseling to GED courses and life-skills programs. We provide a safe and secure environment where men and women can make necessary changes in their lives to return to society whole and ready to succeed. Caring staff provide a clean, humane, and positive environment to help these individuals make a smooth transition back home. Through MTC Medical, we provide medical, dental, and mental health services to those in our care to promote health and wellness. The project is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development, and MTC provides workforce training to thousands of Egyptians. In the end, those who receive this MTC-developed training will be better educated and skilled to fill key jobs.
