1 List of Nationally Funded Services The services listed below, at the locations listed below, are funded for residents of Scotland at an all- Scotland or all-uk level through National Services Division as at 14 February 2014 Key White Scottish Government designated Scottish national specialist health services. In addition the following are listed Orange national screening service; Green national orphan drugs risk share scheme or recombinant risk share scheme; Blue English prescribed highly specialist services commissioned by the NHS Commissioning Board (NHS England) to which Scottish residents have access through reciprocal funding arrangements between NHS England and NHS Scotland.
