Only documents received by noon on Wednesday December 6 th will be accepted even if they were originally mailed by this date. Who is Eligible to Apply: Any new or existing students and their families may apply for bursaries. Please note that, to apply for a scholarship or bursary, a student must either be enrolled or officially offered a place at Eaton Arrowsmith (Eaton Arrowsmith School, Eaton Arrowsmith Academy, Eaton Cognitive Improvement Centre and Magnussen School) for the school year. How to Apply for a Bursary: Eaton Arrowsmith offers bursaries based solely on financial need that vary in amount according to need. All applications must be submitted by 12:00pm on Wednesday December 6 th 2017 and successful applicants will be notified by December 14 th, 2017 for the school year. Students receiving financial aid will have until January 19, 2018 to accept their bursary by confirmation of enrolment for the academic year. *Applications are due at 12:00pm (noon) on Wednesday December 6, 2017 PAGE 1

Please ensure that all sections of this form have been completed. Your application will not be reviewed without all required supporting documentation (see below). Letter from student's/parent/guardian's employer (if employed) stating salary, position and length of service or details as to why there is no employer letter (ex. Not working). *Applications missing any of the above documents will not be considered.
