3 About Us Abu Dhabi International Quality Consultancy (ADIQC) was established in August 2007 supported by Sheikh Khalifa Fund. It is a UAE based company, which provides Management System Consultancy Services to Healthcare facilities, Industries and Educational institutes. We ensure our support to Healthcare facilities and Industries for the development of documentation and assisting in the implementation for National and international standards for accreditations by providing awareness & training to the entire organization. ADIQC has exceptionally qualified and expert multinational consultants who are fully competent and also provide consultancy services to assist with the start up of new businesses. ADIQC is a registered company for conducting Clinical Coding Audit for hospitals, centre and clinics (E/M Accreditation) ADIQC provides Training on ICD-10 CM clinical coding and physician documentation. ADIQC provides series of specific and general trainings to the Health Care Facilities, Industries, Educational institutes and other Companies including Heart saver, First Aid, Basic Life Support and advance cardiac life support which is affiliated with American Heart Association and Certificates issued by American Heart Association. ADIQC provides mandatory trainings with CME as we are registered with HAAD. ADIQC is with registered with OSHAD as a third party EHSMS Auditor and EHSMS program development and implementation as well as providing environmental health and safety trainings. 2 P a g e

7 EHS POLICY ABUDHABI deems Environment, health and safely (EHS) to be of primary importance and a fundamental core business value. ADIQC ABU DHABI recognizes that health and safety of employees and protection of environment is a management responsibility. Toward this the senior management leadership that is totally committed to the creation of a safe and healthy working environment which is free from injuries or accidents and ill health for all of their employees and all others involved in their work activity. Seek to prevent pollution and use natural resources sustainably by considering environmental performance and climate change in investment decisions, master planning, development design and construction, property and community management and supporting relevant research and development. 8 guidelines, implementing pollution mitigation measures, monitoring environmental performance, and reviewing activities where necessary; Provide environmental training and awareness to staff to enable them to carry out their jobs responsibly, and ensure accountability for environmental performance at all Levels in ADIQC ABU DHABI; ADIQC ABU DHABI will comply with and strive to exceed statutory obligations and the ADIQC ABU DHABI EHS Management Systems will be maintained and continually updated to include the organization and arrangements to achieve this. ADIQC ABU DHABI will give unequivocal support to all managers, supervisors and employees who act in the best interest of EHS.
