As a critical access hospital located i Groesbeck, Limestoe serves the citizes of the South Limestoe Hospital District icludig Limestoe, Freestoe, Hill, Leo, Robertso ad Navarro couties. Limestoe had used geeral reveue bods ad a Public Property Fiace Cotractual Obligatio (PPFCO) bod for the mai hospital project. I order to meet the fiacial costraits of the cliic project, this required that the hospital also use a PPFCO for the procuremet of the rural health cliic. To qualify, the buildig would have to be a factory-built structure that ADVERTISEMENT could be placed o a permaet foudatio. The hospital looked carefully at several costructio approaches for the ew cliic, ad also iterviewed cotractors from several states.
