MOBCO currently succeeded in developing more than 14 residential complexes and two residential compounds in KSA. Moreover, MOBCO managed to lease and operate four oﬃce buildings in prime locations in Cairo, Egypt with more than 280,000 square feet oﬃce and retail space.
