1 SUPERINTENDENT APPLICATION Directions: Complete the application below in full (type or print). Applications must be filled completely and signed. In addition to the application, please attach a current resume and a letter indicating why you are interested in the superintendent position for York One. Address any educational issues, personal factors or other information you believe relevant for the board to consider in assessing your qualifications for the position for superintendent in your letter. The letter should be no more than one page typed, double spaced and 12-point font. Finally, submit at least three references, one from a supervisor and one from a community member. If selected as a finalist for the position, you will be asked to submit an enlarged photocopy of your driver s license for a background check as well as a recent headshot photo for press releases. Application packets may be mailed or ed.
