4 Managing an Award When a PI receives a notification that a proposal has been successful they should: Notify Research Support Services Complete an Appendix C Send the completed and fully signed App C, a copy of the original application, the calls Terms & Conditions or Guide for Applicants, the letter/ with the award notification, and any other project related information to RSS RSS will guide and support PIs through the signing of the Grant Agreement/Contract.
