This is a full time regular course from 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., including Saturdays & Sundays, if (It is not a part time or correspondence course). 2. The scrutiny of the application revealed that the information / certificates / documents submitted by the candidates were having many deficiencies and appears to be not genuine / forged in few cases. The applicants are advised in general that submission of information, documents / certificates which are not genuine / forged will attract penal action, including debarring, by the competent authority as well as by the Maharashtra State Govt. during any stage of Diploma course, if found guilty. Hence, the candidates are cautioned to be careful and make sure that only genuine certificates / information / documents are enclosed alongwith the application and produced during the interview. They must ensure themselves that they have submitted documents as per the application and prospectus only and documents / experience certificates are obtained only from relevant agencies etc. 3. The short-listed candidates called for interview on , are advised to bring alongwith them the following certificates / documents in original and one set of attested copies, at the time of interview, failing which they will not be allowed to appear in the interview : a) SSC & HSE mark-sheets and certificates. b) BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc./ Diploma in Engg. mark-sheets of all years / semesters. c) Final Degree / Diploma certificates. Those who are having only Provisional certificates need not come to attend the interview. (Candidates not having original degree / diploma certificates must obtain the same from their Universities / Institutes before appearing for the interview.) d) TC / LC from the last college / institute attended

9 e) All experience certificates must clearly mention nature of duties in supervisory capacity as per Sl. No.9(a) of the application. f) Sponsoring certificate in the company letterhead, if applicable. g) Valid caste certificate issued by the competent authority for SC/ST/OBC/VJ/NT, etc. h) In case of a non-sponsored candidate, a No Objection Certificate / Permission letter / Resignation acceptance letter from the employer for joining the course. 4. The candidates having degree / diploma from other than Maharashtra State will have to submit the Eligibility Certificate from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, before joining the course. 5. The fee structure of the course is given below : Institute fee Rs.7,250/- ; Refundable Caution money deposit Rs.1,200/- Hostel Rs.30/- per day (if allotted). Miscellaneous (enrollment fee, exam fee, etc. are to be paid separately to MSBTE) 6. All expenses during the course like uniform, factory visits, etc. shall be borne by the candidates / sponsoring authority as the case may be. The students are expected to follow the institute norms and maintain decorum failing which they will be debarred from the classes. Minimum percentage of attendance in theory classes and 100% attendance in practicals and project work is compulsory to appear in the exam. 7. The course is likely to start on 22 nd July, However, admission of students will start from between 1130 to 1330 hrs. and will be over compulsorily by This date may not be extended. 8.
