Hellomerci is the world s first crowdfunding platform dedicated to solidarity loans, zero-interest direct lending for personal and professional projects: Borrow from people who want you to succeed. By the end of 2014 KissKissBankBank & Co will have launched its third crowdfunding platform, allowing the wider public to invest in French small and medium-sized companies. KissKissBankBank & CO launched in october 2014 LENDOPOLIS, the crowdlending platform dedicated to French small and medium companies in partnership with Les Echos group and the Conseil supérieur de l Ordre des experts-comptables. By providing users with the option to back all types of projects, KissKissBankBank & Co will become the only company in the world to provide an offer in every segment of the crowdfunding ecosystem. 4 KISSKISSBANKBANK, HOW DOES IT WORK? Anyone can submit a project on the platform. Each creator fills in a form, designs the project s presentation, defines the amount of its collection and offers rewards in exchange of his funding. Once the project is validated (KissKissBankBank screens the projects to be sure they meet our projects guidelines) it can be published online. The KissBankers (projects backers) support projects they wish, by selecting a value between 1 and 9999 euro, and receive a reward in return. The payment is done via PayBox, the online secure payment system. The creator must reach its target within the time limit. If the project fails, all the contributors are refunded according to the «all or nothing rule. If a project is successfully funded, KissKissBankBank charges a 5% fee to the funds collected, while an additional 3% fee is attributed to the online payment system. KISSKISS STORIES: Raphael Beaugrand cycled from Paris to Hiroshima in order to gather testimonies of victims of conflict and created the web-documentary, Paroles de Conflits, for which he collected 18,550. Cyril Dion & Mélanie Laurent collected euros to fund their documentary: «Demain le film» Jacques Rougerie collected to build his submarine exploration ship: The Eye of SeaOrbiter. Organizers of the Tech Open Air Berlin, celebrated technology, creativity and knowledge sharing in August A festival for which they collected 26,286 Gilles Uzan collected to initiale Garagisme, a magazine about car culture. 5 BUT HOW AND WHY...? WHY DO KISSBANKERS SUPPORT PROJECTS? Most projects receive their first contributions from their friends, family and their relatives. Others seduce the general audience and our KissBanker s community. IS THIS CO-PRODUCTION? On KissKissBankBank project creators keep their intellectual property rights: no co-production, only co-creation! But all KissBankers are motivated by empathy or by the possibility to identify with a creator and to sustain his or her project. Each contribution improves an identity. WHO S BEHIND KISSKISSBANKBANK? KissKissBankBank was born out of the collaboration of three founders. Ombline Le Lasseur has experiences in the music environment. Adrien Aumont has a Cinema and Communication background. And Vincent Ricordeau is a serial entrepreneur, with many experiences in both media and sports marketing. HOW DO WE MAKE MONEY? We perceive a 5% fee only on successful projects. A 3% transaction fee is charged for the online payment system. Today the team counts twelve full-time employees.

6 AN ECOSYSTEM DEDICATED TO INDEPENDANT CREATIVITY KissKissBankBank is a tool for funding all creative and innovative projects. Our target is to enable creators to develop projects that would have never reached the daylight without the KissBankers support. We sustain independent creativity by developing an ecosystem that fosters support and innovation for all projects at all stages of their activity. Here are some examples: COMPETITION «SHORT FILMS, RETURN» WITH MK2 AND LA BANQUE POSTALE: KissKissBankBank, La Banque Postale and MK2 offer to filmmakers the annual opportunity to distribute their short films in MK2 movie theaters. Results: The winners received nearly 4,000 passages in MK2 theaters in 2013 and 5000 from La Banque Postale to promote their films in festivals. «FIRST CAMERA» WITH CAPA AND THE AB CHAINS: KissKissBankBank, Capa and other channels throughout History, Encyclo, and Toute L Histoire launched First Camera in order to capture the emerging new talent in documentary and webdocumentary. The selected projects will be produced and supported throughout the process of creation and also broadcasted by the editorial CAPA teams and AB channels. «LA SOCIAL CUP» WITH MAKE SENSE AND LA BANQUE POSTALE The Social Cup, student social business France s Cup, is a contest between 8 French cities, students from all backgrounds, and social business projects. Only one project will embody its city during the final battle! Only one great winner! And you, do you want to change the world? MENTORS: Medias, institutions, festival, companies... About 94 mentors, including : Le Monde, MK2, Capa, Le Off d Avignon, OUi Share, Echosciences Grenoble, Zimbalam, Glamour select projects and engage to sustain them during their KissKissBankBank campaigns, by accompanying them with advertising, content distribution or financial support.
