Richard Corriveau is CMHC s Manager of Market Analysis for the Prairie and Territories Region. Prior to assuming his current role in 2009, Richard held a number of positions within Market Analysis, including Regional Economist for the Prairie and Territories Region and Senior Market Analyst for Calgary. Richard is a graduate from the University of Saskatchewan and holds a Bachelors and a Master of Arts in Economics. The Outlook for Saskatchewan 10:50 a.m. - 11:35 a.m. Lai Sing Louie Regional Economist, CMHC Prairie and Territories Region Market Analysis Centre After outlining key factors that will define the Saskatchewan economy in 2015, Lai Sing Louie, CMHC s Regional Economist, will present the provincial housing forecasts for the coming year. Lai plays a key role in developing the housing market and economic forecasts for the three prairie provinces as part of a national team of economists. Prior to assuming his current role in 2009, Lai was CMHC s Senior Market Analyst for Calgary. Lai holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Economics from Queen s University and a Master of Arts from York University. As Chief Economist, Bob leads a team of national and regional economists responsible for analysing and forecasting activity. Before joining CMHC, Bob held positions in the private sector and federal government. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Arts in Economics from Carleton University. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Regina s Faculty of Engineering, where she also taught business communications and project management for several years. Kelly also holds an MBA from the University of Regina.
