Richard is a graduate from the University of Saskatchewan and holds a Bachelors and a Master of Arts in Economics. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Regina s Faculty of Engineering, where she also taught business communications and project management for several years. Kelly also holds an MBA from the University of Regina.
