Funds raised through the sale of the baked goods and the concession stand help to finance this annual learning opportunity for our 4-H club members. Club members also visited residents at a local nursing home and donated needed items such as lotion, body wash, tissues, socks, magazines and more. Many residents have very few visitors and always welcome and smile and kind word. Members continue to participate in the state Pennies for Friendship project by collecting money at each club meeting.
