11 Apache Armament Capabilities Technology & Funding Challenges Guided Rocket Incorporation Army has Operational Need Statement (ONS) and Industry has several solutions in development, but Army has been unable to keep funds to qualify or procure a guided 2.75 rocket. Anti Personnel 30 mm Ammo Army has ONS, and Picatinny has preliminary funding, but no long term program. Digital Rocket Launcher Army program to develop communications interface and hardware for future small diameter (5 or less) guided munitions. 11
