Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs OCT 1 through SEP 30. ***ECMRA reports may be reported any time during the FY, but no later than OCT 31 of each calendar year via secure data collection site. DATE OF FIRST ANNLY *** Annual Transition/Commercialization (CRP), Energy, and Manufacturing Reports shall be provided in the format prescribed in the Annual DoD data call for these reports. Reports shall include all data as prescribed by the DoD data call. DATE OF FIRST *The Contractor shall provide all data, data elements, files, executable code, source code, software design, software licenses list, and all related documentation in order for the Navy s SBIR/STTR Program Manager s Database and associated applications to be useable and continue operation for end users. ***Database Systems Software, Data, and all Associated Documentation shall be submitted as required, but no later than 1 business day after the last day of the performance period for the Base CLIN(s)and Option CLIN(s) (if exercised) to the COR in the format necessary for continuity of operations. Individual travel reports shall contain dates; locations of travel; purpose; total cost breakdown of travel to include: per diems, hotel costs, car rental costs; other ONR personnel traveling with contractor support personnel; unusual cost items (including registration fees)incurred; tasks performed; and accomplishments. If publications or proceedings documentation were distributed a copy may be included with the report. Worksheets and reports may be provided in contractor format (subject to COR approval). ***Individual travel worksheets must be submitted to the COR for written approval prior to any travel. DATE OF FIRST QTRLY *** *Master travel log of completed travel for all individuals traveling under this contract shall include travel dates, destinations, purpose, and cost breakdown to include airfare/mileage, lodging, per diem, rental car/taxi, and other miscellaneous costs.
