The Industry Day will focus on enhancing the SBIR Process for MDA and the Small Business Community. RALs will give briefings on their technology areas and Small Businesses will have the opportunity to sign up for one-on-one sessions with key MDA representatives. 11 MDA Phase II Enhancement Program Phase II Enhancement Program Requirements Applications Subject to Review of the Transition Plan, Statement of Work and the Availability of Funding Firm must be able to identify a path of insertion (transition) for the technology into BMDS.
