PROCUREMENT/FINANCE REVIEW PANEL APPOINTMENT Appoint A Member Of Council To Serve On The Review Panel For RFP No /17, Independent Audit Services. J. PUBLIC WORKS LEASE APPROVAL Approve The Renewal Of A Lease With Camilla Jean M. Middleton and Betty Middleton Jordan for Property Located At 4807 Buddy s Lane, Effingham, South Carolina Currently Being Utilized As A Manned Convenience Center For A Term Of Ten (10) Years In An Annual Amount Of Eighteen Hundred Dollars ($1,800). K. SHERIFF S OFFICE 1. ADDITIONAL POSITION NURSE PRACTITIONER Authorize An Additional Position (Slot ) For The Florence County Sheriff s Office To Balance The Responsibilities For Medical Services Between Two Positions (PT Physician And PT Nurse Practitioner) For The Florence County Detention Center. (Request Is Budget Neutral.) 2. INCREASE IN SALARY Authorize An Additional 5% Increase In Salary For The Sergeant/Warrants Position (Slot ) In The Sheriff s Office To Be Funded From FY 17 Budgeted Funds. BROOKS McCALL PARK Approve The Expenditure Of Up To $2,500 From Council District 3 Infrastructure Funding Allocation For Damage Repairs To The Retention Pond Fountain At Brooks McCall Park. 2. SALEM WATERSHED DISTRICT Approve The Expenditure Of Up To $1,226 From Council District 5 Infrastructure Funding Allocation To Assist The Salem Watershed District With The Purchase And Installation Of 24 Drainage Pipe. B. INFRASTRUCTURE/UTILITY 1. WORLD WAR I HISTORICAL MARKER Approve The Reallocation Of The Expenditure Of Up To $8,000 From County Council Districts Infrastructure/Utility Funding Allocations (Approximately $889 From Each District) To Assist The City Of Florence With The Removal And Restoration Of A World War I Historical Marker, As Well As The Preparation And Reset Of The Marker At An Appropriate New Site At Veterans Park (Original Request Was Approved At The April 16, 2015 Regular Meeting Of Council; However, No Funding Requests Were Received For The Project So The Funds Were De-obligated; The City Is Now Requesting Reimbursement For The Project). 2. YMCA Approve The Expenditure Of Up To $10,000 From Council Districts Infrastructure/Utility Funding Allocations (Approximately $1,112 From Each District) To Assist The YMCA With Capital Improvements On The Playground. viii

UTILITY DISTRICT 9 DRAINAGE DITCHES Approve The Expenditure Of Up To $1, From Council District 9 Utility Funding Allocation To Pay To Clean Out All Vegetative Growth And Debris From Ditches In District 9.
