7 Ninebot Limited Terms NinebotprovidesthefollowinglimitedwarrantyforpurchasersofNinebotpersonaltransportationrobots (referredtohereafterasninebot). Period and Details Thewarrantyperiodstartsfromthedateofdeliverytotheoriginalpurchaser(recordedontheinvoice).If aninvoiceisnotavailable,thisperiodwillstart90daysafterthedateofmanufacture(recordedonthe mainframeserialnumberandonthecoverofthisdocument). Ninebotguarantees: TheNinebotmainframe,theoperationbar,thegearbox,andtheforegoingseparatelypurchased partsagainstdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofoneyear. Thebatterypack,onboardcharger,theremotekey,andtheforegoingseparatelypurchasedparts againstdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodof180days. The rim and tire, fender, all external resin or rubber parts, footmats,otheraccessoriesandthe foregoingseparatelypurchasedpartsagainstdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodof 90days. Ifthewarrantyexpires,Ninebotoritsauthorizedserviceprovider may charge necessary costs to the purchaser/ownerforrepairsand/orparts. 7 / 9

8 ThisLimiteddoesnotcoverdamagetoaNinebot,componentpart,oraccessorycausedbyany ofthefollowing: Allexternalcausessuchas(withoutlimitation)dropping,accident,collision,fire,immersioninwater, freezing,orstrikingobjects. Misuse such as riding over obstacles, over loading, racing, or otherwise using the Ninebot, component part, or accessory contrary to the instructions and warnings contained in the User Manual(includedintheoriginalproductpackage)issuedbyNinebot. Altering or modifying the Ninebot, component part, or accessory; loosening or opening the mainframecoverplateoftheninebotorotherwiseaccessingthecomponentswithinthemainframe (driverboards,balancesensorboard,motors,gearbox,andinternalwiring)withoutauthorityfrom Ninebot;deteriorationofpaint,trim,andappearanceitemsthatresultsfromuseand/orexposureto theelements.
