16 PROGRAM OVERVIEW Test and Evaluation Technical Support Services (TETSS) This contract provides labor, management, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools to support the operational test, data collection, and experimentation mission of the U.S. Army Operational Test Command (USAOTC), with primary support to the Fires Test Directorate (FTD) at Fort Sill, and the Integrated Test and Evaluation Directorate (ITED) and FTD Air Defense Artillery Test Division (ADATD) at Fort Bliss.
