(ERD) for Harbor, Barge Canal, and Beach Water Quality Monitoring continuing services for FY 2016; subject to approval of the FY 2016 Budget (13) Consideration of approving a purchase order to Daley Environmental for FY 2016 on-call Environmental Property Management services in the amount of $24,000, subject to approval of the FY 2016 Budget. Staff suggests that the CPA continue to use the services of our current contractor, Littlejohn Engineering and Associates (LEA) with cost of this phase of design and planning is not to exceed $50,000. These attractions and activities should be high-quality, revenue generating and family-friendly. (Dubea) (37) Consideration of approving the 2015 Wage Negotiation amendment to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Canaveral Port Authority and the Transport Workers Union of America, Local 525, for the period of January 2, 2015 through December 31, (Kane) (38) Consideration of authorizing staff to piggyback The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN) Managed Services contract (Contract # R5159) awarded to ADP, LLC for implementation of HR, Payroll, Timekeeping System developed and further authorize staff to issue purchase orders pursuant to this contract for an amount not to exceed $193,006 over 4 years.
