7 1.-Registration meeting at the International Relations Office: - Registration form. -Subject form application (matrícula)(*particularities for doctorate students КА107). - Address in Spain. -Red Campus/Campus Virtual (WIFI) Username and password (have been sent to the Erasmus KA107 students via )

8 - Student Card. - Arrival Form (if needed). - Payment Receipt (for visiting students) Ка 107: it is compulsory to hand in the original grant agreement (Contrato de subvención).

9 A grant calculation example: A student arrives and registers on the 14 of February. A students departures on the18ofjune. Period of stay: 14/02/ /06/2017. Total: 125 days. 1 month 30 days. Therefore 125/30=4 months and 5 days. 4 months: 800*4 months +800/30*5 days = 333,33 euro.

After the deadline, NO CHANGES will be allowed!

15 - Changes in the Learning Agreement: It has to be signed by your coordinator and sent back to your University. The International Relations Office is not in charge of signing the Learning Agreement. 3.-Now you have access to the campus network, virtual campus, and WiFi.You can begin studying!

16 Free of charge Home University pays the fees. Student pays the fees in Banco Santander.

17 1. Extention of stay: Erasmus students: It is possible if your host university and your coordinator agree, but you have to apply again. Visiting students: you have to apply again. 2.You can t choose anual subjects if you only came for one semester.

20 3.-Transcript of records to be sent by the Secretary s Office of the Faculty /International Office (July and September) 4.- To enquire on results: Erasmus students: contact the Secretary s Office of your center/faculty UCA. visitingstudents:contacttheinternational RelationsOffice of the University of Cadiz.

21 Carry during the registration meetings: Original grant agreement (Convenio de subvención). Copy of your travel insurance.

22 Grant payment: First payment: 1200 bank cheque. Meetings Wednesdays and Fridays at the International Office with Original Passport. Second Payment: bank cheque or transfer of money to your bank account.

23 Bank account opening: Recommendation: Banco Santander, Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales Office (Campus de Cádiz) or Facultad de Ciencias del Mar y Ambientales Office (Puerto Real) Requirements: Valid Passport Acceptance letter (Invitation letter of consulate) Leasing contract of accommodation in Spain. Your name and surname have to match with the personal data in your passport Bank Santander service conditions: Bank account 8 euro/month. Debit card 28 euros/year.

24 Period of stay: Minimumperiod 90 days. Maximum financed period 150 days. The total amount of the grant corresponds to the actual number of days spent at the University of Cadiz. You compromise to stay at the University of Cadiz during the whole period indicated in your grant agreement and the registration form.

25 Modules: Undergraduate students can only follow modules in our degree programmes. Master students can follow modules in Master and degree programmes. Doctorate students can follow Doctorate modules ( matrícula online) Master and degree modules.

26 Doctorate subject form (matrícula): Compulsory module: Estancias de Investigación. The academic coordinator signs the subject form. Student hand in the form in the secretary s office where your coordinator belongs.

27 Modification of the Learning agreement: First step: Make changes in the learning agreemeent with your coordinator at UCA and then sign it (section During the mobility ). Second step:get it signed by your coordinator at Home University (LA During the Mobility ). Hand it back to our International Office at one of the Follow up meetings.

28 «Follow-up»meetings: Middle April. Hand in the Learning Agreement with the modifications signed by your home and host Institution coordiantors.

29 At the end of your stay: You will receive your certificate of departure (only 2-3 days before the departure). Mobility Tool report. Send us back your Learning Agreement with After the mobility section filled in and signed by your home University to confirm that the modules have been recognized, by the 15 of September 2017.
