Nonresidential officebased opiate treatment facilities shall query the PMP upon every visit of the patient with a program physician. Requires medical director of pain management clinic to query the PMP at a minimum upon each new admission and once every six months thereafter. Authority to enforce PDMP mandates: Regulatory/Licensing Board Unsolicited alerts to practitioners not enrolled in PDMP Their provider is allowed to release a report from their medical record
