1 Healthcare-associated Infections (), Medical Assistance () Pass-through s (for -11 s with Letters mailed on or before February 20, 2015) The Department of Health s annual health-care associated infection () surcharge on a nursing facility s licensing fee is an allowable cost under the Program. The portion of the surcharge will be reimbursed as a pass-through payment and will be paid on an annual basis. A nursing facility s annual pass-through payment will equal the annual surcharge fee paid by the nursing facility, less any penalties assessed, as verified by the DOH, multiplied by the nursing facility s occupancy rate as reported on the nursing facility s -11 cost report for the year in which the annual surcharge is paid. The pass-through payment will be made annually within 120 days after the submission of an acceptable cost report provided that payment will not be made before the later of 210 days from the close of the nursing facility fiscal year or the date on which the DOH received payment of the nursing facility s surcharge fee., Pass-through s (for the -11 cost reports with acceptance letters mailed on or before February 20, 2015): Current Name End Letter RA ABINGTON CREST NURSING AND REHAB CENTER $ /1/2013 6/30/ /16/ % $ /2/2015 ABINGTON NOR $1, /1/2013 6/30/2014 1/26/ % $ /2/2015 ABRAMSON RESIDENCE $3, /1/2013 6/30/ /16/ % $2, /2/2015 ALLIED SERVICES SKILLED NURSING CENTER $4, /1/2013 6/30/ /21/ % $3, /2/2015 ARBUTUS PARK NOR $1, /1/2013 6/30/ /24/ % $1, /2/2015 ARISTACARE AT MEADOW SPRINGS $1, /1/2013 6/30/ /16/ % $1, /2/2015 ARTN LUTHERAN HOME $ /1/2013 6/30/ /18/ % $ /2/2015 AVALON NURSING CENTER $ /1/2013 6/30/ /18/ % $ /2/2015 BALA NURSING AND RETIREMENT CENTER $2, /1/2013 6/30/ /16/ % $1, /2/2015 BALDWIN HEALTH CENTER $2, /1/2013 6/30/ /24/ % $1, /2/2015 BALL PAVILION, THE $ /1/2013 6/30/ /16/ % $ /2/2015 BAPTIST HOMES OF WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA $1, /1/2013 6/30/ /24/ % $ /2/2015
