The requirements of the NHS Act 2006, Health & Social Care Act 2012 and trust constitution, state that a register of interests of directors and governors is maintained. The register is updated annually although directors and governors are obliged to notify changes in their interests as they arise. s and Governors are required to declare both their own interests and those of immediate family members and the categories of interests to be declared are set out in the trusts constitution. The annual declarations have been made during September and October and the detail of them will be available on the website and via request from the Trust Secretary.
