FROM AS SIMPLE AS SELECTING CERTAIN SUTURE TO WORKING THE ULTRASOUND MACHINE AND RF MACHINE. jan, you rock. Need more inservice training. Would be helpful if we could earn CEU's towards our certification. HAVE EVERY DAY PRACTICAL EDUCATION, POSSIBLY A STATION OR BOOTH YOU COULD STOP BY AND REVIEW WHAT IS BEING PRESENTED THAT DAY. I think it would be good if we had a time automatically scheduled once a month for whatever inservice we might be able to schedule.. Could use education classes to Text have someone more full time for pacu instead of one that covers all units EVERYONE SHOULD BE GOING TO EDUCATIONAL INSERVICES. Figure out a way to make the education timely for the majority of the staff, ie do the class more than 6 6
