1 Epic will replace many of UMass Memorial Health Care s (UMMHC) current systems. To ease the transition to Epic, some data from those systems will be converted into Epic. This means that providers and staff will have data readily available once Epic goes live on October 1, The Epic Data Conversion Work Group, comprised of providers and staff from across UMMHC, is in the process of finalizing the type and amount of data that will and will not be transferred into Epic from current systems (see tables below). It s important to note that, per Epic, UMMHC is converting more data than many of its other Epic clients. **This document will be updated as more information is finalized/determined. Please check Epic Central for updates.
