Thank you to each and every site for helping us to achieve this target! There are 46 sites (49%) with unresolved queries, and so our dataset is not yet completely clean. The last set of data queries was distributed to all relevant sites on August 2, 2013, and we have received responses from all but 8 sites. The next set of queries will be distributed before the end of October Current Complete and Please turn to page 3 to find out if your centre has any Clean Data Report 3 outstanding queries. 2 Responding to data queries When answering queries that request confirmation of particular values, please remember to go back to your primary source records (e.g. maternal antenatal chart or clinic records) to double-check and confirm these values. It is not adequate to only review the value that is written on the original data collection form. Primary source records should be consulted to verify the values being queried. Example: Final International Collaborators Meeting Invitations have been sent! These blood pressure measurements should be confirmed by going back to the patient chart to find and verify the values. The primary results of the CHIPS Trial will be presented at the Final International CHIPS Collaborators Meeting to be held in VANCOUVER, CANADA on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20 th, Formal invitations have now been sent by to the primary site investigator from sites that recruited at least 5 patients to the trial. If you have not received an invitation, but believe that you should have, please contact the CHIPS Clinical Co-ordinating Centre at chips@cw.bc.ca Please remember to return the meeting response forms by or fax as soon as possible so that we can plan for your attendance and make a hotel reservation for you.
