This doesn t apply to services that require a copay. Copay A fixed amount you pay to receive a medical service, usually at the time of service (office visits, emergency room, urgent care). In-network A provider contracted with Blue Care Network to be part of the Blue Care Network network. If you see an out-of-network provider, you re responsible for the cost of all services. Out-of-network A provider who doesn t have a contract to be a part of the Blue Care Network network. If you see an out-of-network provider, you re responsible for the cost of all services. 5
