7 How does LEAF work? CME assisted process Qualified consultants delivering assessments in: Energy Productivity (LEAN) Environment LEAF covers 75% of the $6,000 assessment cost Do not need to be a CME Member

8 Client Contribution Simple online application Provide necessary information and access for the consultant Contribute only 25% of the assessment cost - $1,500

9 How to apply? 1. Simple online application form 2. Self Diagnostic 3. After a quick initial screening for eligibility the firm will: - Select a consultant - Sign three-way agreement - Pay Client Contribution 4. Once completed, assessment begins

12 LEAF Consultants Qualified on an individual basis for each type of assessment Submit an application providing information on qualifications, experience and specific information for each type of assessment The consultant must demonstrate satisfactory prior experience in their preferred area of expertise Independent consultants who are not offering equipment or products that are likely to be recommended in the projects
