1 Workshop Indhold Workshop Inhalt Formål med workshoppen Præsentation af de vigtigste SWOTresultater og mulige grænseoverskridende aktiviteter og aktivitetsområder i regionen Prioritering af de vigtigste SWOT resultater og grænseoverskridende aktiviteter og aktivitetsområder: Hver deltager bliver spurgt om at identificere vigtige SWOT- resultater og mulige aktivitetsområder Udvikling af aktiviteter og aktivitetsområder Sammenfatning af workshoppens vigtigste resultater (overhead) Ziel des Workshops: Präsentation der wichtigsten SWOT- Ergebnisse und mögliche grenzüberschreitende Aktionen /Aktionsfelder in der Region Priorisierung der wichtigsten SWOT Ergebnisse und grenzüberschreitenden Aktionen /Aktionsfelder : Jeder Teilnehmer wird gebeten, wichtige SWOT Ergebnisse und mögliche Handlungsfelder zu identifizieren Entwicklung von Maßnahmen - Gruppen möglichen Aktionen (Vorlage) Zusammenfassung der wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Workshops (ppt-folie) 1

Focus on sustainable use of resources, renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy storage technology (decentralized), smart grid, e-mobility, and environmental technology 2. Focus on more strategic aspects, and relation to national and European strategies like resource efficiency strategy 6. Green growth transition in companies 3

SWOT Strengths: Good performance key sectors; specific competences in future sectors, existing cluster initiatives; proximity to larger centres Weaknesses: Low productivity and value added, limited flow from research to market (commercialisation), low export share and internationalisation Opportunities: Cross border clusters, improve access to capital and support to SME Threats: Bureaucracy and language barriers; qualified labour 2. To get more knowledge of the cultural activities and offers for further development of the cultural activities and projects 7. 6 Arbejdsmarked & Kompetenceudvikling Arbeitsmarkt+Kompetenzentwicklung 1. Recognition of competencies and educations still a major issue 2. Improve possibilities for people who do not have (or will not get) the option to achieve (both basic and higher) education 3. Access to and recognition of vocational training 4. Reduce number of students who drop out of studies in order to increase the access to a qualified workforce 5. More widespread access to knowlegde and consultations forcross borderworkers and students etc. 6. Cooperation between vocational schools to provide better opportunities for slow learners, students and social educators 6
