2 Indian Chambers of Human Resource (ICHR) - Profile Indian Chambers of Human Resource (ICHR) is a Public Charitable Trust established on June 9th 2016 working for the public charitable objectives towards Human Resource, Human Rights and all allied operations associated with the general public at large including the poor, for their overall benefit. ICHR has been established under the esteemed guidance and detailed consultations with Late Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Sahib, shared views and valuable growth related concerns from Mr. Barack Obama. ICHR has been recently conferred with the prestigious Bharat Nirman Awards for the most innovative start-up in social impact sector and will unremittingly strive to retain excellence through innovative high socio-economic rural and urban programs and create fresh jobs in India.

ICHR is the First dedicated Human Resource Chambers in the world. ICHR aims at supporting and empowering the Human Resource of our country by providing charitable programs via ICHR s Affiliation programs which support initiatives like Rural To Urban Employment, Spiritual & Nutritional Trainings, Increasing Employability, Employment & social impact innovation programs. ICHR is mainly focused on increasing Employability and Employment opportunities in India. ICHR in collaboration with its affiliates wants to bring solution based programs in India especially in Rural Women Empowerment and Water Conservation/Clean Water schemes.

ICHR through its Global Alliance Partnerships with Innovative Affiliates brings new and innovative programs to educate, help and provide much needed facilities in impoverished and rural parts of our country in the areas of Clean Water, Women Empowerment including beti paraho program, Digital Education, Child Empowerment, Drug & Substance Abuse Re-hab centers, Child Education, Government school adoption and Animal Welfare Centric Programs.

7 Some of our active programs in 2017/18 are mentioned below: Mega Impact Education Program for Radiant Anand Vidyalaya, DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon, Haryana - providing Education, Mobile Computer Training centres, mid day meals, Nutrition programs with suppliments for small kids, uniforms, vocational and sports trainings Current project until MARCH 2018 CSR by GAIL (India) Ltd. Government Schools adoption programs in NOIDA/NCR Infrastructure, education, Nutritional Supplements, sanitation and toilets, uniforms, educational materials, Mobile computer training Kids Kontainers and much more CSR program (In partnership with Gov t of Uttar Pradesh/DM) WE Women Empowerment Village Adoption Rural Project providing commercial mineralized water systems which provide clean drinking water to entire village. This commercial non-ro plant is run by local rural village women. We also create state of art modern anganwari s by extending the non-ro, mineral water plant coverage area thus proving MI room, crèche, women counseling centre and many other necessary amenities Self-Sustaining Women Empowerment Rural Programs wherein the Local Village Women are proactively involved and Skilled for the Panchgavya Products, other specific skills and its retail thereafter Joint program active with Dhyan Foundation Pan India. First ever proposed Cow Sanctuary of India in Udaipur region in collaboration with Udaipur Municipal Corporation. Water Conservation Projects - that preserves the quality of water, while decreasing evaporation, reducing algae growth, deterring birds, and cooling the water - applicable to many fields, including fish farming, water facilities,

8 mining, agriculture, energy, desalination, and many others In partnership with large private players. Rural and Labor Child and Women Empowerment programs ICHR to provide movable low cost Kinder Kontainer s for education, medical care and hygiene, nutrition and crèche to on-site construction workers children and women in Delhi NCR area. Delhi/NCR Education Services Providing education and nutrition guidance, meals and clothing to poor and impoverished children in Delhi- NCR area. Drug and Substance abuse Rehab Programs in Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan and many other states Animal Shelter and Veterinary hospital with Ambulances Orphanage and Safe House with digital education and boarding in Delhi NCR for children of minorities Mobile Employment Training and Job Centers for underprivileged masses in Delhi/NCR Swatch Bharat Sports and Talent Hunt Programs for Government School Children in Delhi/NCR region

10 PROMOTERS Profile ICHR : Indian Chambers of Human Resource Mr. Harpreet Singh Banga (Founder - Settler) is known for his forthright views, clear enormous vision and mission will soon adjudicate his efforts to be an exponent of the Human Resource Renaissance in India after the successful launch of Indian Chambers of Human Resource. PG in Computers & Communications under the CLASS Project (Department of Electronics) Government of India and carrying overall 30 years of vivid Industry experience in Teaching at Best 10 Schools of India, Administration, Operations, Corporate Communications, Personnel Management, Academics, Sales & Marketing, Freelance Journalism, IT/ITeS, Infrastructure Building & Management Services and with a passion for Nation Building; As a true committed nationalist soul, he has strategized to remove desultory work related fear factors, from each professional s productive workspace, by bringing in innovative Temporary Employee Retrenchment and Ex- Gratia Policies and initiating HR Tribunals for all the privately employed Member Executives of this Mega Guild. He has been very instrumental in Building & Project Management of India s First GREEN Building, duly certified by The LEED US Green Building Council and has developed over 15 Million Sq. Ft Mega IT/ITeS Complexes. Mr. Siddhartha Sharma (Co-founder/Trustee) brings over 24 + years of global leadership experience with specialized capabilities including rapid turnaround of major businesses, Business Strategy and Consulting. In corporate career he has held various senior director level positions in multi-billion dollar organizations i.e. Microsoft Corp., HP Inc., CA Technologies and CGI and his global work experience spans across seven countries. Mr. Siddhartha Sharma has a joint MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA and Schulich School of Business, York University,

11 Canada. He graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree with majors in Computer Science from MIT, Aurangabad, India (1995). Sid is also alum of Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, USA and HKUST, Hong Kong, China.
